RANDALL MARTIN, PE

Randy Martin, the firm’s principal, obtained a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech while participating as a four year starter for the Hokie Baseball Team. After beginning his career as a Construction Project Manager, he shifted his focus to the land development area of civil engineering.

While consulting for clients such as Pulte Homes, John Wieland Homes, National Gypsum, and Bovis Lend Lease, Randy designed an array of single family, multi-family, and commercial sites. To round out his resume in land development, he eventually transitioned his career towards Real Estate Development. During his tenure with homebuilder McCar Homes and developer Harris Development Group, Randy steered the development of over 800 lots in North and South Carolina.

Over the past few years he has concentrated on evaluating, acquiring, and managing commercial properties for long term holds. Being licensed as a Professional Engineer, General Contractor, and Real Estate Broker, he also provides clients with engineering consultation and risk analysis. Consultation and management includes over 1500 single and multi-family units and 7,000+ acres in Charlotte and the Western part of North Carolina.
