ABOUT

RKM Resources, PLLC is a real estate development firm offering project management services. The firm assists clients in the acquisition, development, and management of commercial real estate. RKM strives to create value in every project through a strong technical background, previous project experiences, and honesty. We do what we say we're going to do.

The firm's manager, Randy Martin, obtained a Civil and Environmental Engineering degree from Virginia Tech while participating as a four year starter for the Hokie Baseball Team.  After beginning his career as a Construction Project Manager, the focus began to shift to the land development area of civil engineering.  While consulting for a variety of clients and land uses, Martin designed an array of single family, multi-family, and commercial sites.  Eventually, his career transitioned to Real Estate Development of residential and commercial sites in North and South Carolina.
